The Best Part of Getting Married

I have asked many couples over the year this one simple question, "What is the best part about getting married?". They all answer with different reasons; finding the perfect dress, feeling like (for one whole day) everything is about You, having all your family and friends witness the confession of your love, the bachelor/bachelorette party, etc. I mean the list goes on. Everyone has one major part of getting married that they love the most.

Ladies and gentlemen I am here to tell you all of those reasons are Bologna!  The best part about getting married is..........................................

THE GIFTS!!!!!!!!!!(I'm just saying what we're all thinking)
wedding wedding planning gifts favors , wedding gifts

Oh, you all should probably know that I am a gift FREAK. I love giving gifts, receiving gifts, surprise gifts, gifts for no reason at all, just-because-I-love-you gifts, I'm-sorry gifts, any kind of gift. I LOVE GIFTS. So when I saw the gift table at my wedding I was so excited! Somewhere in the back of my mind I knew people received gifts on their wedding but guys when I saw the gift table a small part of me turned into a minor crack addict. Now I've never actually met a crack addict but I imagine I have the same symptoms with gifts as addicts do with crack.

Just seeing them all wrapped pretty with their little bows on tops. It made me want to run over and rip them all open. There were Tons Of Gifts and I felt myself just feindin to open them. I think at one point I thought about sneaking away, grabbing just one gift (the biggest one of course, I mean go big or go home right), locking myself in one of the bathroom stalls and ripping it open. I know guys, I clearly have a problem. Please pray for me. I swear I'm trying to seek council.  (not really, but I should)

Anyways as soon as we got home the next day I had a field day with those presents and I loved Every Single one of them! One of my friends joked that I was like a kid in the candy store. She said, "Gosh Tay I hope you don't go crazy when you see all the gifts at your baby shower." And with that statement my heart leaped for joy.. MOOOORRREEEEEE GIIIFFTTTSSS YAAYYYYYY!!!!
