We're having a baby! SAY WAHHH?!!

The first time I found out I was pregnant was on a Monday. I was due to fly to see my fiancé in just four short days after that Monday. I tried so hard no to tell him over the phone because it was a conversation I wanted to have in person. The next three days were the hardest days of my entire life.  My closest family and friends know that I am a terrible liar and I am even worse at keeping secrets ( unless of course the revealing of them could possible hurt someone else) But nevertheless I am simply the worst person to have a secret of her own. I vowed not to tell anyone I was pregnant until I told my fiancé. I did not want him to feel as if he was the last to know. Well That Vow Lasted for Exactly 46 Seconds....

I ran to my brothers house and sat him and his wife down and spilled my guts.
"I'M PREGNANT!!" I Screamed with a Huge sigh of relief as if I had kept the secret my entire life. (to be fair Id kept the secret for about two hours which, to me, felt like my entire life)

They were both shocked and excited. They swore to secrecy. this was something that was hard for to two of them as well because. Well if you know my brother you know he can't hold water (Mani if your reading this I wove You) but seriously! so of course i told them together that way they'd have each other to talk to about it.

Although their reaction was priceless IT was Nothing As Cute As My Fiance's Reaction. I hope you like it here is the video. It is funny and adorable.

If you or someone you know is having a baby I strongly recommend that you make a reaction video of your husband, boyfriend, fiancé or etc. I guarantee it will be worth it.

1) First, Find A Clever Way To Tell Them Your Pregnant
I choose to give him an early Christmas present since we were so close to the holiday. I wrapped          baby booties, my pregnancy test and the doctors note all in a box and had him open it.

2)Second, Make sure there are not a lot of people around so you can get his genuine reaction
Often times a crowd will make a man react or act differently then he normally would so the video will not be as genuine. I choose to do it in the car at the Airport because I just could not wait until  got home. In the car it was just my fiancé and I so he felt very comfortable.

3) Lastly make sure you have a good camera and good lighting to film his reaction
This video will possibly be in your family for awhile, hopefully long enough for your child to watch it when they are old enough. You want to make sure your camera is in a good position for lighting so that you can see everything going on in the video. (or else what's the point)

If you decide to film his reaction or you already have or you have a funny story about when you told your husband and loved ones please comment and share below I would love to hear from you. Until next time, Be blessed.

  2. Videoing your fiancé's reaction was a great idea! Just think of showing that to your child in the future when they're grown.
